1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pg22 ("pg22," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the pg22 online gaming platform available at https://pg22.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a pg22 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or policies referenced herein; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the pg22 Platform, including live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, online bingo, sabong, and sports betting. Additional game-specific rules may apply and will be communicated at the relevant section of the Platform.

2. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pg22 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player through promotions, welcome offers, or loyalty programs, subject to wagering requirements.
• "GCash / PayMaya" means the Philippine e-wallet payment services commonly used for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and performed at registration and prior to first withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that oversees online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited PHP funds held in a Player's Account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the pg22 Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of, or lawfully located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by pg22 or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of pg22 or its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

3.1 Age Verification Process

pg22 requires mandatory identity verification at registration. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document to confirm your date of birth and identity. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, Philippine driver's license, and Philippine passport. Your account will remain restricted for deposits and gameplay until verification is complete and approved.

pg22 reserves the right to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed or where submitted documentation is found to be fraudulent. Any winnings accumulated prior to completed verification may be forfeited if the Player is subsequently found to be under the minimum age requirement.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the pg22 Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pg22 will close duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

4.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pg22 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect account information provided by you.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pg22 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify pg22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. pg22 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

pg22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected; (c) the Player requests self-exclusion; (d) the Player is found to be ineligible; or (e) required by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the pg22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). pg22 does not apply currency conversion to Player accounts — your balance is denominated in PHP at all times.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

pg22 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The minimum deposit via GCash is ₱100.

5.3 Own Account Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Funding your pg22 account from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. pg22 may request proof that the payment method belongs to you as part of its KYC or anti-money laundering (AML) checks.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, wherever technically possible. Before processing a withdrawal, pg22 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are subject to review and may be delayed if the account has triggered fraud or AML monitoring flags. GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.

5.5 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. pg22 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Players will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee application.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pg22 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) will be stated on each individual promotion. Real Money Funds in your balance are always used before Bonus Funds when placing bets, unless specified otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

pg22 maintains a strict policy against bonus abuse, which includes: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; (b) low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure; (c) coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus structures; and (d) providing fraudulent documentation to qualify for bonuses. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Modification of Promotions

pg22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus amounts already credited to a Player's account prior to the change, but may affect the applicable terms for future bonus activity.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the pg22 Platform operate according to the rules communicated within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters.

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All RNG-based games on pg22 — including slots, virtual sports, and digital table games — use certified random number generator technology that has been independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot games within the game information panel.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on pg22 are provided by Ezugi Live and operate from licensed studio environments. These games use real physical game equipment (cards, wheels) under live supervision. pg22 is not liable for connectivity interruptions that may occur during live game sessions, though the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore any interrupted session or void the affected hand/round.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that results in an incorrect outcome or game display, pg22 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player. pg22 shall not be liable for any winnings resulting from a malfunction and reserves the right to correct any errors retroactively.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information;
• Colluding with other Players in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pg22 staff or other Players;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization;
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions through the creation of new accounts;
• Engaging in any activity that pg22 reasonably determines to be detrimental to its operations or reputation.

9. Responsible Gaming

pg22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling is intended as entertainment and that for some individuals, it can become problematic. The following tools are available to all pg22 Players within their Account Settings under "Responsible Gaming":

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your pg22 account. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss per session, day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, gameplay is automatically suspended for the relevant period.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be reminded of time spent and prompted to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the pg22 Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude may not create new accounts during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pg22 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall Platform design — is the intellectual property of pg22 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of pg22.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pg22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from gambling outcomes; losses due to service interruptions or technical failures; losses caused by your failure to maintain account security; or losses arising from reliance on any content or information on the Platform.

pg22 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pg22 does not warrant that games will perform without error or that the outcome of any game will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pg22's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

pg22 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pg22 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is processed for account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming purposes.

13. Amendments to Terms

pg22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pg22 will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, via registered email, or by prominent notice on the pg22 website prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of the pg22 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or resolved through such dispute resolution mechanism as required by PAGCOR regulations. Players may also raise regulatory complaints with PAGCOR directly if they believe pg22 has failed to comply with its licensing obligations.

pg22 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of both parties, escalation may be made to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
